Is anyone else getting ready for some spring cleaning and organizing? 🙋🏾♀️This is where you’ll find me this weekend. What will you be up to?I was listening to the How I Built This podcast episode with fashion designer Norma Kamali who is 75 and had this to say about aging, “The idea of getting old should be part of the passage in a woman’s life not something to fear but something to cherish because of the knowledge and experience you gain in each of these decades.”One of the wonderful things to come out of last year (I know..there were so few good moments for a lot of us😩), was taking daily walks and enjoying it - I did not take leisurely walks before that. I always needed to be going “somewhere” with purpose. But that changed and with it my need to be mindful about protecting my skin and to be way more disciplined about wearing sunscreen.Archives
