My weekends are back to being about getting off my butt and breaking a sweat (weekend brunches are still there too of course😉) 💫 Ive learned that I prefer weekend morning workouts because I’m an early bird and like to get my day started and I have more energy than my afternoons. 💫 I’m also more likely to stick to my workouts than trying to workout during the week. I have the time in the morning and work is less likely to get in the way. 💫 I also don’t want to force myself to workout when frankly I don’t love it that much at least not the way I used to. 💫 I’m ok with going twice a week if that means I can keep it up in the long term and still feel good about staying active. #doyouboo 🧘🏾♀️ 💫 How do you stay motivated to stick to your workouts?Happy Friday! Someone said to me recently, “Create a wonderful day for yourself. No one else can do that the way you can” 💫 I wanted to share this because I know Fridays, like Mondays, can be hard sometimes. #positivevibes #tgif✌🏾Looking at some travel pics from my solo trip to Portugal which seems like ages ago but it was only summer 2017. Its nice to go back and look at old images and see them with fresh eyes and wonder what I was thinking about when I took the shot, was it the leading lines or the feeling of loneliness or capturing the mood of a street not quiet awake yet. I love photography for that reason, there are so many stories you can tell in a single image. Also you get to remember details of a trip you might of otherwise forgotten. 🙋🏾♀️ if you love snapping travel photos as much as I do!Its a double cup kind of day. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I used to have two cups of coffee a day - one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Cream and sugar. For years (altho I only started drinking coffee later in life) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Then for a personal goal to find one sugary thing to give up, I decided to give up the sugar and cream in my coffee. I could still enjoy the health benefits of coffee while saving on some calories. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Drinking black coffee took some serious getting used to but I haven’t looked back since. I’m even down to one cup in the morning. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Although I prefer afternoon tea (black or green) there are days, like today, when Im just feeling sluggish, that call for 2nd cup, grande. 😬 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Here’s to ‘it’s almost Friday’! ☕️☕️ . . . . . . . . . . . . . . #sorrycoffee #YYZeats #cafe #coffee #coffeelover #coffeeshop #coffeeshopcorners #TOfoodie #foodieTO #blogTO #foodagram #lifestyle #lifestyleblogger #blooryorkville #healthylifestyle #canadianblogger #yyzfoodie #shotoniphone #iphone6s #yorkville #torontoliving #discoverunder5k #torontoblogger #lifestylebloggerBlogs I Follow
