work it: keeping it nice and short(s)

discovery: shorts that hit you just above the knee can be a great business casual look to beat the heat in the hot days of summer. throw on a light cropped blazer over a basic tee, and a statement necklace and some pumps and voila, you are cube worthy!

2012: shorts – anne taylor, loft; pumps – nine west; necklace – stella & dot/2011: tank top – h&m/2002: cropped jacket – tristan; handbag – marks & spencer

i also discovered when it comes to wearing shorts for work, i prefer to wear a walking short on a casual friday instead of mid-week. but i think it can work any day of the week if you dress it up right.
