nb: this is a favourite jacket of mine that i don’t wear nearly enough. it’s light weight and a great evening coat. i’m sadly aware that this photo does not do it justice but trust me it’s a great h&m purchase that is still workin’ for me.

Style Tip: one way i’m going to incorporate the burgundy colour trend this season is with a pair of tights. i’m prefer pattern over colour re: tights but these are sheer enough to make me comfortable workin’ it in the cube!

style note: this is very playful (read: youthful) look that admittedly i wouldn’t wear to the office, but i was inspired so i thought, “why not try it?”.
i hope my interpretation can serve as inspiration for those of you who can pull it off, either for work or for play.

Style Tip: from work to weekend: i have worn this dress for work with heels and a white blazer in the summer (it’s pretty casual but works).
but for the weekend i would work it like this and pair it with my denim jacket (that i forgot to put on for the photos *opps*) for sunday brunch.
