There are those hours between the time I get home and before I go to bed where I find myself in a struggle between feeling exhausted and the need to be productive. Argh, I should be writing, checking emails, deleting emails, calling my mother, doing IG content planning. The list can go on. 😩 ⚡️ Some days I can bang off a few things and other days, like today, I will choose to put my feet up and read something and not feel guilty about it because I know I will make these hours productive tomorrow. ⚡️ It’s my version of finding balance and a simple way of practicing self care regularly. I’m more calm and relaxed when I cut myself some slack😊 Think I may try something a little different and will make it my intention to plan ahead for a few long weekend getaways for 2019 and not leave everything to the last minute (Ireland 🤦🏾‍♀️) because spontaneity can be great when travelling but only on someone else’s dime 😉 How are you setting yourself up pretty for the week ahead? Sunday. No plans. Just the way I like it.
