Out of Office: 3 days in Chicago Part II

discovery: i was asked what was my favourite part of this trip and at the time i couldn’t decide. i enjoyed all the sights in the city: millennium park, architecture walking tour, river boat tour and the mag mile.

i’ve had some time to think about it and the art institute tops my list. i’m not an art or history buff and hadn’t expected to be so caught up in the design of the space and the pieces – i discovered an appreciation for the works of picasso i never knew existed! that i would eventually lose track of time, spending some four hours there, really says a lot.
